KOPA REAL ESTATE
Marketing Coordinator
In 2020 Kopa Real Estate had many ambitious plans to evolve its website and continue to grow its real estate audience.
As part of that evolution, it made sense to have a close look at the overall brand design and see if it aligned with their continually evolving direction.
We partnered with the REW agency team to refresh the brand's look and feel. I contributed to this brand's evolution as the key web designer and front-end aesthetic.
An entire brand was given a cleaner, modern touch to keep on par with local competitors.

Eric had complaints that the original logo didn’t have the “oomph” he needed. One of Kopa’s most noticeable features is the use of a bright yellow.
Sometimes, it’s best to keep it simple.
I reduced the secondary colors to the classic Swedish dark blue and primary yellow.

Content Creation
Throughout my tenure at Kopa Real Estate, we underwent a substantial overhaul of our content creation process. I progressed from researching "how to green screen" on Google to producing comprehensive video productions. To cultivate a more "podcast" atmosphere, we made a set design decision to integrate shiplap wall panels.
