Creating a lively party in a graveyard
We were inspired by the concept of death and the taboo attitude surrounding it, particularly during transformative periods like the "Roaring 20s." We wanted to create a space where people can unwind in an environment where the idea of death and enjoying a good time with friends can coexist. Our goal was to establish an inviting place where one can have a drink with the sophistication of a speakeasy, minus the stifling atmosphere that such luxurious venues often exude.
Initial concept design for the logos.
